Command

A command palette that searches what is on screen, not what is in the value.

Bits filters on `value` and `keywords`, not on the text inside the element. So
a palette where `value` is `list-customers` finds nothing when you type
"all" — which is not what anyone expects and not something the caller should
have to know. `Command.Item label` is therefore added to `keywords`
automatically.
