Select

A styled native select. Not a custom dropdown, and that is the decision.

The built-in `<select>` is the only one that works with a keyboard, a screen
reader and a touch device without us writing any of it. On a phone it opens
the system picker, which is what people expect and what we could not build.

A custom list belongs in [`Autocomplete`](/components/autocomplete), where
there is a reason for one — filtering — and Bits UI underneath to make it
accessible.
